Frequently Asked Questions
LEADS
- What is a 'lead'?
We define a lead as a potential custiomer who is contacting to enquire about fencing services.
This will either be through a phone call, or an email. (A customer leaving a voicemail would be a lead)
- What is NOT a 'lead'?
Spam or marketing of any kind (a small amount is to be expected, but very minimum). Eg, this means that if you were to get an email through us that was from someone trying to sell you something, we would not charge you for this. Same goes with phone calls.
- What if the lead doesn't turn into a paying job?
Sales is your part! We can't help you with that unfortunately.
We will send you potential customers, but you still have to close deals. We are not responsible for the amount of actual work you get out of our leads. But skilled contractors who have solid people skills and honor appointments, can usualy close a fairly high percentage. Good tradesmen should be able to make a strong return on their investment into leads.
- Where are these people coming from?
We use a mixture of two main ways to find customers:
- Strong Online Presence (people finding our fencing websites and asking for quotes in your area).
- Paid Advertising Campaigns (people finding our ads online and asking for quotes in your area)
PAYMENT
- Can I do a free trial?
Absolutely! We love to deliver value up front so you can get a feel for how we can impact oyur business if you were to partner with us. Contact us for more info.
- Can I do a percentage deal on jobs closed instead?
Nope. Unfortunately this is impossible to trace and just way to complicated. We've tried this in the past and won't be going back to it.
- How do you bill every month?
We will either send you a digital invoice (you can pay in one minute by credit card) at the end of the month, or we will auto charge your credit card on file.
While we are resonable people, late payments will jepodise our long term partnership potential.
- What if I'm late on my monthly payment?
Well, this is a partnership. Consistent late payments will be the end of that partnership pretty quickly.
No matter how much we like you, at the end of the day, this is our livelyhood and we expect timely payments like you would off your clients.
- Do I have to pay by Credit Card?
The short answer is, yes.
This gives both parties peace of mind with anything related to payments.
